Our flagship fund, the Mothers in Medicine Fund provides cash grants to clinicians mothers to help them pay for childcare. Grants are a flat amount, currently $1,000 each. Applicants are selected for grants based on need.

The Zorya Foundation’s support fund provides cash grants to support women in the healthcare industry. Working in a current clinical role is not required. Grants may be used to pay for professional certifications, living expenses and other needs. Grantees are reviewed and selected based on need.

With the Opportunities Fund, Zorya Foundation partners with associations, academic institutions and other non-profits to advance educational opportunities for women working in the healthcare industry. Interested partner organizations should reach out for a discussion with our team.
